Responsibilities

Ensure manufacturing operations are efficiently carried out in compliance with all government regulations and company policies and procedures

Ensures that the personal and departmental moral, ethical, legal, and behavioural conduct is in compliance with the Siegfried Code of Conduct

Implements and adheres to all applicable SHE and cGMP regulations

Follow and adhere to Leader Standardized Work for Shift Supervisors

Coordinate and oversee the assignment, training, development, and motivation of employees to ensure attainment of short and long-term goals

Lead and support problem solving and/or trouble-shooting activities as needed to ensure continuing operations

Perform and train manufacturing operations and serve as the lead operator in these activities

Coordinates time off requests of operators to provide coverage. This includes posting of OT sheets and coordinating vacation and personal time off requests

Assists area management in reviewing production schedules, metrics, and investigates variances as appropriate

Assist area management in supporting the Siegfried Quality System, including management of manufacturing deviations, and changes to equipment, processes and documents

Coordinates with maintenance to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities in assigned are(s) (i.e., safe work / hot work permits, lockout/tagout, and confined space entry)

Serves as Incident Commander during emergency response
