Responsibilities
Lead multiple boiler control system projects, primarily utilizing Rockwell Automation control platforms
Analyze customer requirements to develop system architecture, control strategies, and network design
Oversee the hardware design for control system cabinets and panels
Develop PLC and HMI application programs
Lead integrated system testing and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities
Serve as the main technical contact for clients and foster long-term customer relationships
Ensure system hardware and software meet customer specifications and comply with NFPA 85 and other industry standards
Conduct site visits for project meetings and system commissioning
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Boiler Control System Engineering
B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
Expertise in implementing boiler control systems (BMS & Combustion Control) using PLC or DCS platforms
Proven experience in commissioning, startup, and tuning of boiler control systems
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
