In this role, the manager will drive business development and customer acquisition in the Swiss market, focusing on larger PV systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Responsibilities
Lead commercial development for C&I PV and BESS solutions within Switzerland
Build and expand strong relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, and strategic distributors
Identify business opportunities, qualify projects, and drive them through the full sales cycle
Provide technical and commercial proposals and guidance for larger PV and hybrid system designs
Conduct professional product presentations, partner training, and negotiations with key stakeholders
Support customers in project feasibility, bid submissions, and technical compliance
Work in close alignment with Technical Support, Product Management, and European Sales Leadership
Track market intelligence and competitor offerings to strengthen Haier’s positioning in the C&I space
Represent Haier Energy at industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements in Poland
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales within the solar or broader renewable energy industry
Proven experience selling C&I PV, BESS, and inverter-based systems
Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach and ability to manage long sales cycles
Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
Fluent in English
French/German are a plus
Preferred
Willing to travel across Poland and occasionally within Europe
