Communications Coordinator - Global Technology & Product

Responsibilities

Manage and segment distribution lists, draft and format emails, and schedule and send communications as appropriate
Publish news, maintain navigation, refresh visuals, and report monthly analytics
Assist with organizational meeting communications and follow-ups as appropriate (town halls, manager meetings, etc.)
Keep slide decks and other assets current; ensure brand compliance
Create concise reports on communication reach and engagement
Provide communications and support for LexTech AI enablement initiatives
Coordinate wire distribution and update the online newsroom
Ensure materials are current for events and inquiries
Schedule posts, monitor mentions, engage with comments, help craft compelling campaigns, and escalate risks as needed
Compile weekly media monitoring reports and monitor daily coverage

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or digital marketing
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Outlook (mail merges), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams/Stream, and PowerPoint; experience with email platforms is a plus
Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics
Strong project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and maintain keen attention to detail
Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to interface confidently with senior leaders

Preferred

Experience supporting hybrid or fully virtual events
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Knowledge of social listening platforms
Familiarity with the legal-tech or B2B software industry
