Responsibilities
Provide general home services to customers in the community
Lead a group of technicians
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Perform bathroom upgrades/remodel
Conduct drywall repair/patching/caulking
Repair and install flooring
Handle general carpentry
Execute general home repairs and handyman work
Perform kitchen repair/remodel
Conduct minor plumbing and electrical work
Paint interior and exterior
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Critical thinking and creative problem solving
Ability to strategically manage a team to complete multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with bathroom upgrades/remodel
Experience with drywall repair/patching/caulking
Experience with flooring repair and installation
Experience with general carpentry
Experience with general home repairs and handyman work
Experience with kitchen repair/remodel
Experience with minor plumbing and electrical
Experience with painting interior and exterior
Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
Driver's license
Reliable vehicle
