Responsibilities

Converses with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
Receives and processes sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
Makes 65+ outbound calls daily
Holds 4+ Video consultations a day
Builds relationships with current clients
Solicits sales of new or additional services
Handles irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
Enters information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
