Responsibilities

Serve as the local director, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry bodies
Oversee licensing applications and renewals, working closely with the Legal team
Guarantee all operations comply with local laws and company policies
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions
Collaborate with the Product team to optimize payment channel integrations and performance
Nurture relationships with existing partners drive long-term collaboration and growth
Lead initiatives to increase user acquisition, market share, and revenue for RedotPay’s offerings
Work with the Operations team to enhance local service delivery and customer satisfaction
Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities
Develop and execute local go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches

Required

8+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations
Established network with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders
Fluency in English
