Handle benefits administration and HRIS updates
Assist with performance management and policy implementation
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support company growth
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of HR experience
Strong understanding of general HR functions and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and follow-through
Preferred
HRIS experience preferred
