Responsibilities
Build and lead the finance function, covering FP&A, reporting, budgeting, cash management, and controls
Own monthly financial reporting, KPI development, board packs, and investor updates
Improve forecasting accuracy, margin analysis, and operational decision support
Lead financial due diligence, modelling, and post-merger integration for future acquisitions
Implement scalable processes, systems, and financial infrastructure to support ongoing growth
Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and delivery teams to drive performance
Contribute to strategic planning, value-creation initiatives, and long-term financial roadmap
Qualification
Required
Experience as VP of Finance, Head of Finance, Senior Director of Finance, or Corporate Controller
Prior exposure to a private equity–backed or investor-led environment
Strong FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational finance capabilities
Experience supporting M&A transactions and integration activities
Ability to build structure in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership and investors
Preferred
Background in tech-enabled services, IT services, analytics services, managed services, or consulting (non-software preferred)
