Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by building a strong pipeline through channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, social media engagement and targeted prospecting
Identify current and prospective clients needs and how our wide range of products and services will benefit their business. This includes Interiors, Office Supplies, Print, IT, Smart Technology, Managed Print Services, PPE, Facilities and Workwear
Drive consistent sales activity, taking a proactive approach to appointment-setting and achieving agreed activity and sales targets
Plan and deliver customer site visits to showcase Commercial’s capabilities and demonstrate the value of our solutions
Take part in weekly calling days aimed at securing high-quality, face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
Work closely with Head of Print and Print Team Leader on all pricing and tender activity
Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all prospect and account information is kept up to date and actionable

Required

Solid print sales experience and deep knowledge of print processes and pricing
Driven, organised and commercially sharp
Confidence to build relationships and the ambition to exceed targets
Proven success in a new business sales role
Strong presentation, communication and time-management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Adaptability across multiple sectors
A track record of building long-term client partnerships
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide + twice monthly to our Cheltenham HQ

A base salary of up to £35,000- £45,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
Generous uncapped commission, with OTE of £80K within reach.
