Responsibilities

Identify and research target healthcare and behavioral health organizations
Build detailed org charts including leadership, HR, talent acquisition, and clinical contacts
Collect key intel on organization structure, services, and potential staffing needs
Track competitor activity and market opportunities
Conduct structured outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and messaging tools
Introduce the client’s healthcare’s services and capture basic discovery information
Move prospects from cold → warm → scheduled meeting
Maintain follow-up cadence to nurture leads over time
Communicate professionally and confidently with decision-makers
Set high-quality discovery meetings with qualified leads
Schedule meetings directly on the Workforce Solutions Partner’s calendar
Ensure meetings are with the appropriate stakeholder(s)
Record all activity, contact details, and insights within CRM/ATS

Required

1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, B2B outreach, or research
Excellent research abilities — able to find accurate data quickly
Strong written and spoken English
Confident with outbound calling and structured outreach
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and data systems (training provided)
Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills
Energetic, persistent, and not afraid of rejection
Curious and resourceful — loves figuring out 'who's who' inside organizations
Driven by hitting targets and measurable results
Team oriented, reliable, and eager to grow

Preferred

Experience in staffing, healthcare, BPO, or consulting is a plus
