Bilingual Office Clerk
Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Bilingual Office Clerk to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers. This role focuses on customer communication, payment collection, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers diligently, courteously, and professionally while collecting payments
Must have good knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Follow set strategies for collection procedures
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Ability to gather and verify customers’ personal and credit information
Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for the collection of payments
Maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made
Qualification
Required
Proven experience or similar role
Cooperation and the ability to work in a team setting is a vital skill required for this position
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Patience and ability to manage stressful work situations
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Office experience
Problem-solving skills
Weekend and Holiday availability
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
