Responsibilities
The Payroll Manager will oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for 600 employees in four states in ADP
Manage one direct report
Ensure payroll compliance across federal, state, and local regulations, including tax and reporting, and lead strategy analysis
Partner with HR/Accounting to manage payroll activities and resolve discrepancies
Administer payroll records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and data security
Qualification
Required
Corporate Payroll Manager experience required
Ability to work downtown Nashville in a hybrid schedule
