Senior Support Engineer - UK
floLIVE is rewriting the playbook for the global IoT Connectivity landscape, providing innovative connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to troubleshoot technical issues, solve connectivity problems, and engage with customers to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting of deep technical issues
Solve Tier2/Tier3 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other floLIVE teams
Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
Follow agreed SLAs
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
Excellent customer relation expertise
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients
Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice
Fluent written and spoken English - a MUST
Preferred
Experience with Telecom networks – (HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter; GTP; SIGTRAN) is an Advantage
Experience with the European MNO market is an advantage
Experience with solving IoT devices/Connectivity issues
