Responsibilities

Advise on business process and service management best practices

Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM

Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform

Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures

Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models

Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript

Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine

Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences—from technical teams to C-suite executives—to: Define platform and integration requirements Translate business objectives into technical solutions Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress or risks Present findings, roadmaps, and proposed solutions clearly and confidently Lead customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, and status briefings

Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials for business users and technical teams

Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
