Pet Resort Guest Service Representative, Part Time
K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is a family-owned and operated pet care facility recognized for its exceptional service and care. The Pet Resort Guest Service Representative will serve as the face of the company, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their dogs through various operational and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities
Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual
Greet all customers entering the building
Perform check-in and check-out procedures, as well as reservation processes, in the POS system
Take custody of pets and ensure they are properly placed in the designated area of the building
Answer telephone inquiries
Provide tours of the facility to potential customers when necessary
Feed and medicate all dogs
Provide personal playtimes for dogs when requested
Perform body checks to identify pre-existing conditions and/or injuries
Perform tasks as requested by management, including: + Sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations. + Monitoring daycare. + Bathing dogs
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some weekend and holiday hours are required
An enthusiastic personality is comfortable selling
