Client Engagement Coordinator
National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for an outstanding Client Engagement Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the Sales Department runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing sales communications, scheduling, and assisting with client agreements and proposals.

Responsibilities
Answer sales incoming line and direct sales calls to salespersons
Schedule meetings and send invites for Sales Team
Review and gather information for sales proposals, RFP’s and RFI’s
Review and audit new client agreements and documents
Act as liaison between Sales Team and Client Services
Maintain sales database, sales reports, and sales trackers/scorecards
Assist with requests for information, reports, and documents from Sales Team
Create and update documents/marketing material as needed
Act as overflow for our Client Services Team
Support the BD Director by sending Monthly client updates
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent computer and typing skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
