Responsibilities
Review and prepare client financial statements (full or partial financial ownership)
Analyze financials to identify insights and ensure compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing government contracting issues directly with clients
Train and mentor accounting staff, growing the team’s technical and consulting skills
Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable hours (T&M) environment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of GovCon accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proven management and leadership experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred
Unanet software experience
Experience in a small firm, boutique practice, or consulting setting
