Senior LevelAdvantage Solutions is seeking a Category Insights Senior Analyst to serve as a critical analytical and insights resource for national clients with significant retail sales. This role involves delivering consumer and marketplace insights, collaborating with sales teams, and conducting business data analysis to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Serve in a critical analytical and insights resource for national clients with $20M+ in retail sales in a specific regional sales market
Play a strategic role in delivering consumer and marketplace insights
Serve as a key business partner to the Category Analytics & Insights and sales teams in helping diagnose business problems and driving business growth
Collaborate with internal and external clients to identify data reporting needs
Conduct business data analysis and create both ad hoc and standardized reports to facilitate actionable insights
Provide direction to one or more Business Intelligence Analysts to assist in his/her development of analyzing and reporting information using a variety of tools, data sets (i.e. NIQ, Circana, customer, shipment, etc.), and techniques
Regarded as the subject matter expert in consumption data for assigned clients
Involved in developing or implementing tools to enhance processes for capturing business data and maintaining data quality
Qualification
Required
Serve as a critical analytical and insights resource for national clients with $20M+ in retail sales
Deliver consumer and marketplace insights
Serve as a key business partner to the Category Analytics & Insights and sales teams
Help diagnose business problems and drive business growth
Collaborate with internal and external clients to identify data reporting needs
Conduct business data analysis
Create both ad hoc and standardized reports to facilitate actionable insights
Provide direction to one or more Business Intelligence Analysts
