Responsibilities
Provides support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the intern's area of study
Learns organizational processes and procedures
Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
Performs work under direct supervision
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Can support Technical or Non-Technical fields or programs
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR management software
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with HR professionals and other departments
Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions, particularly in administrative tasks
Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college program
