Data Center Controls & BMS Software Architect
NetSuite is part of Oracle’s Infrastructure Central Architecture team, which is redefining how hyperscale data centers are designed, automated, and operated. The Data Center Controls & BMS Software Architect will focus on architecting the control-system and telemetry software layer that integrates various management systems across Oracle’s global data center fleet.

Responsibilities
Design the core architecture that enables real-time monitoring, supervisory control, system interoperability, automated decisioning, and fault-tolerant operations across mission-critical facilities infrastructure
Partner with MEP engineering, facilities operations, software engineering, and vendor controls teams to build the platform that ensures reliability at hyperscale
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product development
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in architecting control-system and telemetry software
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Experience with Datacenter Management Infrastructure (DCMI)
Familiarity with SCADA/PLC environments
Understanding of power and cooling telemetry
Experience with automation frameworks
Ability to design core architecture for real-time monitoring and supervisory control
Experience in ensuring system interoperability and automated decisioning
Knowledge of fault-tolerant operations in mission-critical facilities infrastructure
Ability to collaborate with MEP engineering, facilities operations, software engineering, and vendor controls teams
