They are seeking an Engineering Intern to participate in a 12-week internship program, where the intern will support engineering projects in the manufacturing sector and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a mentor.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of improved equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment through the identification and analysis of top losses, evaluation of work processes/new capital equipment, and management of repair and maintenance activities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, loss and root-cause analysis, daily/weekly preventative maintenance, and asset health reviews of existing equipment for the maintenance and production department

Responsibilities may also include Project Front End Loading (FEL), Project execution, Project cost controls, and engineering documentation

Required

Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate of an Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related program

Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to meet the Lamb Weston Authorized Driver standards

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

Ability and willingness to work independently

Strong analytical skills

Strong computer competency and experience using a tablet and/or iPhone

Preferred

Juniors, Seniors, or Master's degree students preferred but also accepting recent grads

Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred

Experience with MS suite of products desirable
