Bullish is a regulated digital assets exchange that recently acquired CoinDesk, a leading media and data company in the crypto economy. The Quantitative Analyst will be responsible for managing digital asset indices, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, and improving operational processes within the team.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee validation models, as well as test and deploy updates to existing models
Perform routine index reconstitutions and rebalances using Python and other tools
Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and controls
Create and maintain documentation for all operational processes and controls
Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner, and troubleshoot and escalate any issues as needed
Assist in the setup and testing of new indices and reference rates
Work with engineering teams to define technical requirements and test new releases, and collaborate with other analysts to ensure tasks and coverage are complete
Review and update existing index methodologies to ensure they remain relevant and accurate
Prepare and distribute regular index announcements

Required

2+ years of experience as a quantitative developer or in a similar quantitative role
Strong proficiency in Python and Excel
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with large datasets and time series data
Solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics, financial markets, and derivatives

Preferred

Knowledge of APIs and streaming data is a plus
