Journey Orchestration Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

Impact member KPIs of retention rate, sales per member, new customer growth rate and lapsed member reactivation rate by building and executing targeted marketing campaigns through Ulta Beauty’s channels: email, website, mobile app, push, sms, and paid media
Leverage our robust customer data to execute personalized automated communications, analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and customer segment performance
Work collaboratively with internal (including Marketing, IT, Product pod) and external partners to prioritize and successfully execute concurrent and timely multi-channel marketing journeys
Create, maintain, and optimize audiences for multi-channel campaigns
Develops, audits, and executes marketing journeys
Document processes, workflows, and best practices related to audience building
Leverage analytical skills to evaluate journey performance, assess profitability impact and recommend program changes when necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing / Business / Computer Science)
3+ years of related work experience (w/a omni-channel retailer a plus) with a focus on targeted customer marketing
Experience in marketing campaign 'life-cycle' management and marketing analysis
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CDP capabilities such as Adobe RT-CDP and journey building platforms, such as AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) and integrations to a unified customer profile and audience management
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Forward thinking, make things happen business approach. Seeks out problems and opportunities for change. Approaches work objectives with a sense of urgency and passion, and a dedication to exceed performance expectations
Proven track record of success with metric driven results
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
