Responsibilities
Lead an efficient, standardized, and scalable month-end close process. Ensure journal entries are approved, account reconciliations are completed and reviewed, reserves are evaluated, financial statements are accurate and timely, and variances to budget are clearly explained
Maintain strong focus on cash management, expenditure approvals, and trade working capital to maximize free cash flow. Deliver accurate 13-week cash forecasts and manage key working-capital KPIs to support healthy cash conversion
Develop, improve, and implement financial policies and procedures that support organizational growth and operational scalability
Build and strengthen a best-in-class accounting team focused on standardization, harmonization, and scalability
Monitor relevant accounting standards and pronouncements, assessing and implementing changes that may impact financial reporting
Lead preparation of the annual budget, mid-year forecasts, and other financial analyses as needed
Oversee tax compliance activities, ensuring timely payroll tax payments and accurate, timely filing of all tax returns
Supervise treasury operations, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of payroll direct deposits and client payments
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
9+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion while succeeding in a client-focused environment
Preferred
NetSuite experience is a plus
