Responsibilities
Defense growth from first contact through operational deployment
Translation of mission needs into funded, executable programs
Executive relationships across Services, COCOMs, PEOs, primes, and policy stakeholders
Capture strategy, proposals, negotiations, and revenue accountability
Alignment of product direction with real maritime and aviation missions
Qualification
Required
10-20+ years across operations, acquisition, capture/BD, or program leadership
Proven success taking 0 to 1 efforts into funded, operational programs
Deep fluency in DoD resourcing, acquisition, and PPBE
Trusted relationships across Services and program offices
Ability to translate technical systems into mission relevant outcomes
High autonomy, builder leader with strong execution bias
Preferred
INDOPACOM exposure
Maritime, expeditionary, distributed logistics missions
Navy / USMC / Air Force operational context
Scaling programs from first award into multiyear production or services
