Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within LATAM
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and deal closure
Build trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of Kambi’s solutions and value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to scope opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful deal execution
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights
Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify emerging opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitor intelligence reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in LATAM with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
2+ years in sports betting or iGaming
Fluent in Spanish
Portuguese is highly beneficial
Ability to work autonomously on strategic, high-value deals
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice
Strong time management and commercial acumen
Goal-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong relationship-building skills
Passion for sports and technology
Preferred
Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodology
