Responsibilities
Carry out on site installation of various Histopathology and ancillary equipment
Contributing to the establishment of a new service organization in Poland
Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Spares Stock management and other service documentation
Work closely with Field Support Team to ensure all customers are provided with an industry leading professional After Sales Service within the KPI’s set by Service Management
Co-operate closely with and support the sales team with tasks such as basic training for customers, installations, demonstrations and system builds
Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and sales/service administration and communication, competent for our clients
Qualification
Required
Educated in a Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical or Biomedical qualification subject. Preferably Bachelor's degree/diploma level or equivalent vocational qualification
Fluency in Polish & English
Preferred
Experience in Field Service or a related field preferred, including Laboratory work
Knowledge of network configuration and setup such as firewalls and TCP/IP networking components in a Windows environment is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate with CRM tools such as SFDC/ Field Service
Ability to carry & move up to 25kg safely
