Responsibilities
Algorithm development for Continuous Glucose Monitoring system and other analytes
Develop signal processing algorithms for signal noise reduction and fault detection
Analysis of data collected during the course of clinical trials to assess performance of Biolinq sensors and help with root-cause analyses
Implementing statistical analyses of data sets acquired in the clinical setting to assess safety, efficacy, and accuracy
Processing large datasets using state of the art methods
Assisting with preparation of reports or presentations to fulfil business or regulatory needs
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and 8 years of experience required
Scientific or Engineering discipline required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in signal processing, time series data analysis and algorithm development, preferably in a medical device setting
Experience with advanced data analysis tools and methods; demonstrated understanding of statistics and statistical analysis of data
Must be capable of supporting projects independently without supervision
Experience with advanced computing languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
Experience with machine learning and data mining methods
Ability to interface with both clinicians and R&D team and work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
Capacity to manage multiple projects and communicate ideas clearly to the team; excellent written and verbal communication skills
