Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications supporting AI and data-driven insights React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
Build scalable APIs and microservices to integrate machine learning models, data pipelines, and operational systems
Develop intuitive front-end interfaces for visualization, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop AI interactions
Partner with data scientists to operationalize AI models and integrate them into production workflows
Collaborate with DevOps, DataOps, and Cloud teams to ensure scalable, secure deployment
Participate in design thinking sessions and innovation sprints to prototype and validate new concepts
Write clean, testable, well-documented code following software engineering best practices
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance (HITRUST, HIPAA)
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
Evaluate emerging technologies in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation frameworks
Build proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate value and guide technology adoption
Contribute to reusable AI service frameworks and SDKs for use across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience across planning, building, delivering, and maintaining high-quality and cost-effective software systems
Proven experience in React or Angular and Node.js, Python, or Java, databases PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Chroma, or similar, building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with AI/ML integration-serving models, integrating APIs OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, etc., and building data workflows
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Commitment to software quality, data privacy, and security compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST)
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
