Responsibilities
Support the development of strategies for modernizing Visa’s authorization, clearing and settlement capabilities
Assist in identifying opportunities to embed advanced capabilities like intelligent payment blocking, enriched data validation, and real-time clearing/settlement into payment flows
Define business requirements for emerging capability areas such as AI-driven decisioning, enhanced client configuration and streaming data exchanges
Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into end-to-end solutions and delivered successfully
Collaborate with technology, risk, and product teams to align initiatives with client needs and regulatory requirements
Prepare clear, compelling presentations and narratives for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
Contribute to cross-functional projects, bringing creative and strategic thinking to problem-solving
Conduct research on global payment trends and distill insights into actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
2-3 years product management or corporate strategy experience
Familiarity with payment systems (card networks, ACH, real-time payments) and interest in learning VisaNet capabilities
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to turn insights into business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-changing environments
Consulting mindset with strategic thinking and problem-framing skills
Collaborative and creative approach to cross-functional work
