Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure optimal customer experience
Ownership in developing Objectives-Goals-Plan to deliver top & bottom line AOP
Help lead cross-functional strategic partnerships to align and leverage Marketing, Supply Chain, RGM and other key departments leveraging a 'solution based' selling approach
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and their supply chain network
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy
Collaborate to understand strategic initiatives in key categories and support the development of new sales for our AFH partners
Help with sales execution strategies for the AFH channel to drive broker engagement & education for contracted customers
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and other duties as assigned and/or required
Work closely with sales team (brokers) to support our growth with targeted customers in AFH channel
Develop long-term strategies focused on sustainable growth and adaptability to changing market conditions with our National Account and Regional Chain Partners
Manage all customer portals to ensure compliance on all legal and regulatory requirements, product information and marketing messaging and content with all partners
Ownership of all RFPs and Bids
Attend tradeshows and represent our brand
Qualification
Required
3-7 Years Foodservice industry sales experience required, with responsibility for managing Brokers
Clear understanding of K-12, Noncom, C&U, B&I, Independent, and Regional Chain segments
BS/BA degree and minimum of 3-7 years of Away From Home Sales Experience
Excellent planning, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills - ability to build and sustain relationship
A command of business analytics including computer literacy and finance/controls
Ability to meet deadlines
Travel up to 50% of the time
Must be able to physically perform the functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and interact with computers, telephone and other electronic media
Must possess visual acuity to document company records
Must be able to lift 20 pounds
