Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects
Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation
Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions
Design and improve processes so teams execute faster
Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives
Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of consulting, strategy, or ops experience
Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex projects
Move easily from high-level thinking to hands-on execution
Are comfortable with data, analysis, and turning insight into action
Have experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture)
