Prepare and consolidate financial statements
Work on lease accounting and data for lease classification and reconciliations
Prepare financial data for SEC 10-Q, 10-k reviews
Ensure reports are compliant with regulations
Financial analysis and creation of management reports
Maintaining relationships with external auditors and completing audit reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience
US-GAAP and SEC Rules knowledge
Preferred
CPA preferred
