Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact and feasibility
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
Lead sprint planning, product backlog grooming, and stand-ups as needed
Monitor product performance through analytics and KPIs; iterate based on user feedback
Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches
Ensure product compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

Preferred

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce]
Technical background or familiarity with APIs, software architecture, or development workflows
Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau
