Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for measurement solutions and digital marketing products
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and collaboration
Drive product innovation and operational strategies to ensure successful implementation and execution
Oversee divisional financial performance, proposals, and executive-level client engagement
Build strong relationships with Pharma, Agency, and Publisher stakeholders to accelerate business growth
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while navigating complex regulatory landscapes
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field
10+ years of product management experience, with specialization in Pharmaceutical and/or Agency markets
Proven success delivering measurement or analytics solutions to Pharma, Agency, or Publisher buyers
Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of healthcare data, identity measurement, CDP, and cleanroom concepts
Exceptional relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills
