They are seeking strong .NET engineers who want to help build a forward state architecture and contribute to strategic modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies

Support major modernization efforts aligned to cloud forward architecture and system transformation

Lead or participate in system design sessions with senior technical leaders and architecture teams

Collaborate within a distributed engineering model across Charlotte, Hartford, and Short Hills

Mentor junior engineers depending on level and contribute to engineering best practices

Follow a hybrid schedule aligned with one of the three supported office locations

Required

Strong hands on .NET development background

Strong system design fundamentals with an understanding of cloud based architecture

Ability to lead technical discussions and partner closely with architecture groups

Comfortable operating in distributed and cross functional engineering environments

Angular and JavaScript experience, as some work intersects with .NET plus Angular

Familiarity with containerization or cloud based tooling

Ability to ramp quickly on new technologies based on team placement
