They are seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson responsible for assisting customers in finding parts, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in identifying their parts needs

Recommend and sell parts and accessories to meet customers' requirements

Provide accurate product information and technical advice

Process customer orders and handle transactions at the counter

Maintain inventory and ensure availability of parts

Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing parts in the warehouse

Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet customer needs

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Promptly and accurately complete all paperwork and handle tax certificates

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in sales, preferably in a semi truck parts or an industrial industry

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and equipment

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Attention to detail and accuracy
