Sr. Associate of Real Estate Acquisitions
TerraPact is a leading investment platform in U.S. digital infrastructure, specializing in the acquisition and management of critical telecom and right-of-way agreements. The Sr. Associate of Real Estate Acquisitions will be responsible for originating and driving a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, focusing on acquiring real estate interests related to digital infrastructure assets and managing the diligence and closing tasks.

Responsibilities
Driving Deal Flow: Proactively executing highly targeted outreach to a defined list of sellers, successfully converting initial conversations into executed deals
Transaction Expertise: Apply industry and transactional knowledge to structure, value, and execute the acquisition of real estate interests across our key assets classes
Accelerating Closings: Expediting transaction timelines by serving as the primary liaison with sellers, their contacts, and our internal legal, finance, and integration teams
System Ownership: Maintaining and enhancing our CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility and optimal operational efficiency
Strategic Insights: Leveraging data and financial modeling in partnership with our finance team to drive informed, profitable acquisition decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in business development or sales
Highly comfortable and proven success with multi-touchpoint cold outreach campaigns
Exceptional organizational, planning, and autonomous project management skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and professionally across diverse functional groups and employee levels
Preferred
Finance or Economics preferred
Real estate sales or acquisition experience is a plus
