Senior Marketing Account Executive
Responsibilities
Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, managing projects and relationships with confidence and care
Translate client goals into clear strategies, deliverables, and timelines—and keep them moving
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, development, digital, and media to ensure work is aligned on brief and on time
Monitor budgets, scopes, and timelines
Anticipate challenges before they become problems
Participate in client meetings, creative reviews, and presentations—adding clarity and strategic perspective
Support business development by providing insights, contributing to proposals, and helping shape scopes of work
Review and refine deliverables before they reach the client to ensure quality and accuracy
Mentor and support junior account team staff, sharing best practices and strengthening our client service discipline
Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always look for the next opportunity to make the work stronger
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency
A strong understanding of brand, digital, and integrated campaign work
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool (or your sense of humor)
Comfort managing budgets and scopes
Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams alike
A proactive mindset—you take initiative, stay curious, and make things happen
