Associate Service Engineer

They are seeking an Associate Service Engineer to support operations by refurbishing certified analyzers, ensuring high-quality products through inspection, rebuilding, testing, and packaging.

Responsibilities

Independently install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify electromechanical equipment
Perform detailed repair and maintenance tasks on electromechanical equipment following established procedures
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality standards are met
Complete and manage Device History Record documents to ensure full traceability and compliance with regulatory standards
Uphold all documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and company procedures
Identify and report nonconformance, contributing to corrective actions
Achieve and maintain required certifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
Undertake other duties as assigned, contributing to the team's success

Required

Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related Technical discipline
Ability to apply technical knowledge effectively, demonstrating competence in electromechanical systems, chemistry, computer science, or other relevant fields
Willingness to travel up to 10% for field training and professional development
Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with peers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Capability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Preferred

Previous experience in a related field, including internships or cooperative education programs
Familiarity with manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environments
Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation in a technical setting
