The Nonprofit-SaaS Client Success Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform to enhance nonprofit operations and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

Onboard new nonprofit clients: guiding them through setup, data migration coordination, and training
Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio, delivering proactive check-ins and ongoing support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve technical issues quickly
Deliver client training: from one-on-one sessions to live webinars
Document and improve processes by contributing to our internal and client-facing Knowledge Base
Spot patterns in client requests and recommend product or process improvements
Stay current on product updates and guide clients through changes with confidence

Qualification

Nonprofit experienceSaaS platformsClient communicationHTML skillsSupport tools experienceAnalytical skillsProblem-solvingOrganizational skills

Required

2–5 years experience working with or within nonprofits is required
Working knowledge of nonprofit systems, especially donor databases and fundraising tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and client-friendly
Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on technical support experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Experience using support tools like Zendesk, HelpScout, or similar platforms

Preferred

Strong HTML skills are highly preferred
Experience with platforms like Blackbaud (Raiser's Edge, eTapestry, Luminate, Convio), Salesforce, Neon, Virtuous, Greater Giving, Classy, OneCause, Network for Good, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Volgistics, VolunteerHub, Cervis, CiviCore
