Responsibilities

Developing and presenting strategies, plans, and results to executive leaders and securing senior leadership buy-in and investment

Required

Lead a multi-disciplined team in executing portfolios of classified contracts for military and defense contractors

Spearhead major new start programs for the Electronic Systems sector, driving collaboration across diverse business areas to enable rapid transition to the field and address critical warfighter capability gaps

Provide leadership for new Electronic Warfare business development, capture strategies, and proposals for crewed and uncrewed air vehicles

Develop strategic guidance and win strategies and lead the execution of competitive proposals

Engage frequently with senior-level executives on projects, operational decisions, and strategies

Demonstrate visible leadership across the portfolio, leading by example, and driving program performance excellence

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers

Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to achieve results through others

Business acumen mindset, with awareness within and outside the business

Ability to hold yourself and others accountable

Take an active role in developing and executing a growth strategy to support the product line's integrated business plan and technology growth plan
