Responsibilities
Monitor and assess the condition and performance of wastewater treatment systems
Analyze operational data (pressure, flow rate, conductivity, etc.) to optimize system performance
Adjust maintenance schedules based on system performance data and trends
Troubleshoot and optimize chemical dosing and regeneration parameters to minimize downtime and improve reliability
Identify and analyze biological, chemical, or particulate fouling sources
Collaborate with engineering teams to modify operational parameters or implement pre-treatment strategies
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role
Qualification
Required
3+ years in wastewater or ultrapure water treatment system operations and maintenance engineering
Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret and act on complex system data
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
Semiconductor or high-purity water treatment experience is a plus
