Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our Data & AI practice
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, identify new opportunities, and lead strategic account planning
Develop offerings, accelerators, and value propositions for Palantir Foundry and complementary technologies
Partner with sales teams to craft proposals, lead RFP responses, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
Ensure successful execution of engagements, balancing growth objectives with quality and compliance
Mentor consultants and architects on business development best practices and solution positioning
Represent the organization in industry events, publish insights, and evangelize innovative data solutions
Qualification
Required
7 years in consulting or technology services, with at least 5+ years in business development or practice leadership roles
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L for a portfolio or practice
Strong understanding of Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure)
Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills
Experience in shaping large transformation deals and managing strategic accounts
