This role will focus on leading a team of Account Executives to deliver new revenue against an assigned quota, driving performance through proactive coaching and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities
Define team objectives to enable achievement of daily, weekly and, quarterly targets
Build, train, and manage up to 10 Account Executives to identify and close qualified opportunities
Coach AE’s through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1’s
Facilitate team meetings, including pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
Sales planning and forecast management; manage AE’s to performance metrics
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiativesAssist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Account Executives
Foster a collaborative, competitive, and positive team environment
Champion company values and lead by example
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2B sales experience and 2+ years sales management/leadership experience
Enthusiasm for coaching, selling & mentoring
Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
Excellent active listening skills with genuine curiosity used to easily collaborate with both prospects and colleagues
A general understanding of ZoomInfo offerings
A broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem including Salesforce.com
Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence all levels of an organization
Preferred
Experience selling a GTM solution is a major plus!
Experience with business intelligence tools
