Responsibilities

Work with sophisticated clients on complex real estate transactions

Draft purchase and sale agreements

Analyze various development issues including power, water, fiberoptic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, permits, and land use

Experience in closing real estate transactions

Required

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Experience in analyzing various development issues including power, water, fiberoptic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, permits, and land use

Experience in closing real estate transactions

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Must possess Am Law 100 firm experience

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school

Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location

Preferred

Prior data center and energy experience, specifically with data center development and financing

Experience drafting purchase and sale agreements related to power infrastructure contingencies, including powered land sales and purchases

Dallas office location is preferred
