Director of Corporate Development (M&A) - Remote - USA

They are seeking a Director of Corporate Development (M&A) to lead their acquisition strategy, overseeing the entire M&A lifecycle and partnering with executive leadership to drive growth through strategic acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing and evaluation of add-on acquisitions aligned with FullStack’s growth strategy
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets across software development services, AI/ML capabilities, and digital transformation solutions
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and ROI assessments for potential transactions
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional due diligence involving delivery, finance, legal, HR, and technology teams
Drive deal negotiation, partnering closely with executive leadership and external advisors
Develop integration plans to ensure smooth onboarding of acquired teams, technologies, and customers
Monitor post-acquisition performance and identify opportunities to maximize strategic and financial value
Maintain strong market awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition themes
Partner with the management team and Board of Directors to advance the company’s buy-and-build strategy
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of investment banking experience (M&A or related coverage), and/or 3+ years of private equity experience focused on acquisitions, due diligence, or portfolio value creation
Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and transaction execution
Experience working with or evaluating technology, software, consulting, or digital services businesses
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple concurrent transactions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfort engaging founders, executives, and advisors
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree required
