This role involves overseeing clinical education teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and designing educational programs that enhance professional development for clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Direct new clinical initiatives and projects to support organizational strategy and scorecard goals
Evaluate and improve education programs using data-driven frameworks
Develop success metrics and coach team members to achieve goals
Collaborate with HR, business and operational leaders on needs assessments, onboarding and professional development programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies not limited to CMS, OSHA, Virginia Department of Health, and The Joint Commission
Work with instructional designers to create effective training content
Assist with budget planning and resource allocation

Qualification

BSNNursing Professional Development CertificationClinical Education Program DesignRegulatory ComplianceData-Driven EvaluationBudget PlanningInstructional DesignCollaboration

Required

BSN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business or related field

Preferred

Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC)
