Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of our AI roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities
Translate business requirements into AI/ML roadmaps, models, and agent capabilities
Define and track measurable success metrics (accuracy, ROI, latency, etc.)
Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams for seamless delivery and adoption
Ensure AI solutions meet NIST and SOC-2 compliance standards
Provide hands-on leadership from concept through deployment

Qualification

Required

3+ years managing AI/ML products or AI technical initiatives
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, ML, and agentic AI frameworks
Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems
Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with NIST and SOC-2 compliance
Strong leadership, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, InfoSec, or related field; relevant certifications
AWS AI delivery experience
